I have a DIB (Dubai Islamic Bank) debit card and I cannot top-up my wallet. What should I do?

We have noticed that customers willing to top-up their payit wallet using a DIB Debit card had faced some issues. 

In order to overcome this issue, you need to contact DIB and request to unlock payit purchase/payit online purchase on your debit card. This will allow you to top-up your payit wallet using your DIB card.
