Can I transfer to more than one domestic helper in the same time?

Yes, definitely.

All you need to do is

1. Go to Settings
2. Under Employees, choose "Manage domestic helper"
3. Select whom you want to transfer to money to
4.  A summary page with display the selected persons and the amounts and total amount to be transferred
5. Confirm by clicking on payit.

All domestic helpers will receive the money immediately.
