How do I create an account on payit?

In order to create an account on payit, Ratibi cardholders should follow these steps:

1. Download payit
2. Open payit app
3. Tap on Sign in
4. On the next screen, Tap on Ratibi card holder
5. Scan the backside of your Emirates ID
6. Confirm your details
7. Add Ratibi card details:
   1. The last 2 digits of your Card Number
   2. The card ID
   3. Card sample
      
8. Inform your email and mobile number 
9. Authenticate your mobile number: You will receive a 6 digit OTP number via SMS. 
10. Create a 4 digit PIN for your payit wallet
    1. Attention: This is not your card PIN
11. All set! Your payit wallet is ready and you can start using it.
